  • Created the brand sponsor journey, information architecture, and wireframes for a web environment that displays analytics from customer purchases.
  • Crafted the data-entry-and-tagging journey, information architecture, and wireframes for a web environment that attaches products, services and experiences to TV, movies and a wide variety of videos.
  • Developed the data-entry-and-tagging journey, information architecture, and wireframes for TV, remote, tablets, and mobile environments that allows consumers to see a product in a TV program and provides an eCommerce (and fulfilment) functionality for them to make purchases; also refreshed this project for today's technology.

  • Translated research findings and client challenges into easy-to-understand visuals for Penske, Johnson & Johnson, Ford, Wells Fargo, SunGard, and more.
  • Implemented insights into UX/UI designs that improved the overall experience of a client’s software, responsive web applications, mobile apps, and also presented them to clients.
  • Was involved in every aspect of the product from research to design and creating pixel-perfect assets for the web.
  • Drafted clear, effective, and economic requirements and visual specification documents including human behaviors, system behaviors, data flows, and more.
  • Aided, design-wise, Johnson & Johnson's (J&J) enterprise application used to track suppliers and raw materials used in manufacturing personal care products.
  • Co-recruited research participants, wrote the discussion guide, conducted in-person and remote interviews, presented research insights and trends (for J&J).
  • Translated those insights into visuals that mapped the complications of J&J's system into an easy-and-concise way.
